String Quartet Timetable
A typical course timetable runs as follows:
Friday:
1600: Registration
- Registration from 4.00 pm, followed by a general meeting of all attendees, members and staff
- Information will be provided, at the meeting, about the use of the facilities and the content of the course
- Any questions will be taken and answered at this time
The rest of Friday will be divided between coaching/rehearsal sessions and dinner.
Saturday:
- 09.30 – 10.45: Coaching/rehearsing session
- 11.00: Coffee
- 11.30 – 12.45: Coaching/rehearsing session
- 13.00: Lunch
- 14.00 – 15.15: Coaching/rehearsing session (optional as some members may wish to explore the area)
- 15.30: Tea
- 15.45 – 1700: Coaching/rehearsing session (optional)
The evening will consist of dinner followed by an informal concert by the Bingham Quartet, and the opportunity for other informal playing sessions.
Sunday:
- 09.30 – 10.45: Coaching/rehearsing session
- 11.00: Coffee
- 11.30 – 12.45: Coaching/rehearsing session
- 13.00: Lunch
After lunch there will be the opportunity for performance/masterclass opportunities for members, and the course will finish at 4.00 pm.
